Our Jr. Kids classes are for children 7-9. Classes are broken down by stand-up and ground training. Tuesday will cover Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling techniques with Thursday focusing on Kickboxing and sparring.

This class is strongly influenced by the Ashtanga and Iyengar systems. However this class also includes cardio and muscle intensive work to help build strength, stamina and flexibility.
Our Women's Fitness Kickboxing classes are perfect for ladies that want to get in shape and tone their bodies. The workouts are challenging but can be done at any fitness level. Come train in the comfort of an all female class.
Our Conditioning Kickboxing class is for those of you that want a little more from your workouts. This is a more intense workout than what you would get at any other gym. We pride ourselves on our superior conditioning program!
Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class is a traditional belted system. We offer the best and most advanced classes around. Every Monday & Thursday will be No-Gi Submission Grappling, so please come prepared with shorts & t-shirt/rashguard.
This class is our belted adult Kickboxing program. You will learn all the basic to advanced stand up techniques along with general submission grappling and jiu jitsu skills. Technique is taught on Monday with full contact sparring on Wednesday & Friday.
